We ship worldwide from our r u u studio located in Copenhagen. Orders typically ship within 14 business days.  Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and shipping method you choose.

You will get an email from us, to let you know the estimated time for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping.

Returns

 

We’re thrilled to be a part of your path and want to make sure that every piece you receive feels just right for you. If, for any reason, it doesn’t resonate as you hoped, you can return or exchange it — because you deserve nothing less than something that truly speaks to you.

 

Here’s how it works: 

 

1. **Return Period: ** You have 14 days from receiving your item to decide if it’s the perfect fit. If not, just reach out, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process. Please note it has to be in same perfect condition as when received.

 

2. **Return Shipping: ** You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, and we recommend sending the item as an insured package with tracking so that it arrives safely back to us. Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to us.

 

3. **Refund: ** Once we’ve received the item in its original condition, we’ll refund your purchase amount. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. **Exchanges: ** If you’d prefer something else, we’re happy to help with an exchange. As soon as we get the original item back, we’ll sort it out for you.
